Tessa is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP, MCIP) and researcher with Simon Fraser University. In partnership with INTERACT and LevelUp, she is currently crafting case studies of Canadian cities that are successfully embedding equity in the design and implementation of sustainable transportation projects.

 

Previously, Tessa worked as a planner with local governments in NS and ON, where she gained experience collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals on development review, policy development, and technology deployment. When not staring at a screen, she likes to camp with her partner, get lost in a book, and cook for loved ones.
