Elle Wayara supported the BC Ministry of Health’s Healthy Communities program by completing a rigorous literature scan of Health in All Policies approaches that have been developed at the community level through a municipal government lens.

The review was done to help guide local governments in the future, with the aim of building more coordinated healthy public policies that will improve population health. The research process included the use of a search methodology through the University of Victoria’s databases and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The result was a concise and useable annotated bibliography.
