The LevelUp team is developing an evaluation framework for the Vancouver Local Immigration Partnership (VLIP), a program that provides a range of services to connect newcomers to resources, to help them thrive and feel a sense of belonging in their community. The evaluation will include a clear monitoring and implementation plan, data collection and reporting tools and templates, and recommendations to inform VLIP strategies planning and priorities.
